Food and Drink

At Sonoma Raceway, you're welcome to bring your own food and drinks into the grandstands –⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠ a great way to enjoy your favorite snacks and save money throughout race weekend. Just be aware of a few important guidelines:

Communications

Before you head to the track, it’s a good idea to save key info on your phone — things like tickets, maps, and your must-see schedule items. Cell service can be unreliable during busy times, especially on race day when the venue is packed.

If you're planning to meet up with others, agree on a meeting spot and time in advance, just like people used to do before smartphones were everywhere.

Noise

Motorsports are naturally loud. In most grandstands, the noise is tolerable, but it gets much louder closer to the track. It’s smart to bring earplugs, and if you’re attending with children, be sure they have proper ear protection to stay safe and comfortable.
