TRAVELING BY CAR

Sonoma Raceway offers several parking options, with both complimentary and paid lots conveniently positioned around the facility. For full information, be sure to consult the official parking guide. To help make your arrival as smooth as possible, keep the following suggestions in mind:

• Plan your route ahead of time: Use your preferred navigation app to map out your trip before you leave. Stay alert for live traffic updates, road closures, or detours that may impact your travel.
• Arrive early: Getting to the track well in advance of the event gives you access to better parking spots, reduces wait times at the gates, and lets you enjoy the pre-race activities without rushing.
• Pay attention to signs and staff directions: On-site personnel and directional signage will help guide you to the correct parking areas and entrances. Following their instructions will help everyone get in faster and more efficiently.

General information

Sonoma Raceway is situated at 29355 Arnold Drive, Sonoma, California 95476. The facility lies in the southeastern part of Sonoma County, conveniently positioned just north of where Highways 37 and 121 meet.

There are two main access points for vehicles:

• Gate 1, which serves as the primary entrance to the raceway, is open to all parking pass holders
• Gate 7, located approximately 0.8 miles north of Gate 1, also on Arnold Drive (Highway 121),  is open for all free general admission parking.

Both gates provide direct access to the venue and are well-marked for easy navigation on event days. Whether you're arriving from the Bay Area, Napa Valley, or Sacramento region, following Highway 121 will bring you straight to the heart of the raceway complex.
